AND COOKS UP A STORM!

CVICA’s “Cookin’ Cattlemen” fed over 400 participants at this year’s,All-Breed Bull and Female sale held in Gonzales.

Along with CVICA, three other chapters from Lockhart, Gonzales and Floresville helped to make the sale a success. The highest selling bull was a Hereford that sold for $6,000 and the highest selling cow was a Brahman that sold for $4,100.

Under the direction of Chief Cook Bruce Dopslauf of La Grange the “Cookin’ Cattlemen” fed several hundred people.

The Colorado Valley Chapter of the Independent Cattlemen’s Association with over 500 members is based in La Grange, Texas and represents Colorado, Fayette and Lee counties.
